As I shared at last week's USG Town Hall and this week's Arizona Board of Regents tuition hearing, ASU is continuing to work through a complex set of budget issues. In doing so, I've recommended a temporary economic recovery surcharge to ABOR as one way to address the dramatic reductions in state funding we're experiencing.
