Fall 2007 Honorary Degree Recipient - Dr. Leland H. Hartwell

Dr. Hartwell was selected to receive this honor in recognition of his pioneering research in the area of cell growth and its related application to the treatment and prevention of cancer. He currently serves as the President and Director of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, Washington.
